At Resumeopia, we want you to be completely satisfied with our AI-powered resume building service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our Monthly and Yearly plans.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for Monthly and Yearly subscription plans under the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase or subscription renewal
  • The user must have used less than 30% of their allocated AI credits
  • Refunds are not available for one-time purchases or lifetime plans

Free Trial

We offer a free trial with 5 Resumes and 50 AI Credits. During the free trial period, no charges will be incurred. If you upgrade to a paid plan during or after the trial, the refund policy above applies to the paid portion.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your account email and subscription details
  3. Explain the reason for the refund request
  4. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
